Anyone know if there is a master radio reset option on the 8830 (Sprint) and if not, something analogous to it?

Thanks for the reply. I'll try battery pull trick and see if it accomplishes what I need. Vendor is trying to push a browser channel(?) for Sprint Navigation...

Would turning off/on the Mobile Network from the Manage Connections screen have the same effect?

I already tried this with no luck and Master radio reset sets the radio back to its factory settings. I'm beginning to believe the issue is with the Sprint and not the device.
