Default HELP- Display name not showing on sent emails

Hi everyone:

I am using 8703e on Verizon with BIS. When I send an email to someone from my blackberry it displays my email address in their inbox rather than my display name. i.e. when I send a message it is displayed in their inbox as [email address] instead of "Joe Smith". I have looked on BIS settings and I have my display name filled in. I tried deleting it, and then putting it back in, and resending my service books but it still isn't working. Has anyone else experienced this or heard of this happening? Any suggestions????

This is just a SWAG: instead of just deleting the sig and re-entering it, try deleting the email account from BIS and then add it back from scratch. Other than that, I can't imagine why your display name doesn't show. Have you checked with different recipients to make sure it is you (your BIS) and not an issue with the receiving account/email client?
