Hello-

When I was first able to send/receive emails from my 7100 (meaning after it was provisioned), I was able to do so with about a 10 second delay. For the past two days, it takes almost exactly 15 minutes for my 7100 to receive an email sent to . As far as I understand, this is a push address, and it should be "pushing" them instantly.

Am I doing something wrong, or should I call T-Mo and complain?

And just for the record, there are no POP3 accounts setup. This is strictly my tmo.blackberry.net address.

Glad you pointed out that you are NOT pop3-ing becuase you can see delays that way.

Call and complain if it persisits. Should only take seconds with a direct email.

My emails come pretty quick, but one annoying thing I've found is that I cannot view larger emails, i.e. ones where you need to use the "more" function. It keeps telling me it can't find the service book, and though I've downloaded it multiple times from the BWC website it continues to display this message. Any ideas anyone?

If you are a tmobile customer, try this:

Please try selecting Tools -> Settings -> Host Routing Table. In this list, scroll to the one hightlighted in BOLD and select it. Choose the option to "Register now". This should prompt the network to deliver the service books.

This should update all service books that your carrier has available to you.

Where are you olocated, TheMatrix? I know that T-Mobile has had a known issue over the last several days with their data service in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area.

I'm able to send messages to , FROM , which is what the tech rep had me do, essentially a loopback. But when I try to receive email from other places it takes forever.

Two days ago it was working fine...must be a temporary thing.

Warrenbert - I did download the service books, but this had no effect - I still cannot use the "more" function with my BWC mail. BES mail works fine, though.

It appears this was a temporary network issue at my co-location center in Florida. Emails now take only a few seconds to reach my 7100.
