Deftonesman, my blackberry browser is also just labeled Browser. I don't know the extent to which that varies with theme and carrier-specific themes. However, you should recognize it as the blackberry browser when you launch it.
As far as other browsers, does your carrier provide a wap browser? For example, T-Mobile provides the T-Zones browser, and I understand AT&T provides one called Medianet, or something like that. Regardless, if you successfully re-sent service books, you should have the blackberry browser as well as the carrier's wap browser, if there is one provided..
ADDED: You might look to see if you have any browser icons located in folders, or accidently hidden, if you still think it is missing.
