Likely you just need to resend service books. See http://blackberryfaq.com/index.php/H...rvice_books%3F.

None of that worked....just tell me..in handheld release 4.2.1.110, they added a new desktop look and facebook and some other things. I only have internet browser. Should I have 2 browsers? Am i missing blackberry browser or did they make the 2 one?

On my Pearl my Browser is just called Browser. Have you tried opening the browser to see if it works? It might have just been renamed in the new software, which is what I am thinking.

Deftonesman, my blackberry browser is also just labeled Browser. I don't know the extent to which that varies with theme and carrier-specific themes. However, you should recognize it as the blackberry browser when you launch it.

As far as other browsers, does your carrier provide a wap browser? For example, T-Mobile provides the T-Zones browser, and I understand AT&T provides one called Medianet, or something like that. Regardless, if you successfully re-sent service books, you should have the blackberry browser as well as the carrier's wap browser, if there is one provided..

ADDED: You might look to see if you have any browser icons located in folders, or accidently hidden, if you still think it is missing.
