We have a user with a 8700, everytime he performs an address lookup through the BES, and he calls the user, it immediately calls the fax number, closer investigation shows that the contact only shows the faxnumber, so the lookup doesn't retrieve a mobile or other phone number.
on other blackberries the data is retrieved correctly, including the mobile / work tel.
we have this for ALL contacts in the address book.
did somebody have this problem before?

moorken, I suspect you would have received a knowlegable response or two if you had posted this in the BES forum. It doesn't strike me as a 8700 issue; maybe either an issue with that handset, or the BES and that handset. Only suggestion I have to offer is try a hard reset. But you've probably already tried that, right?
