Hi, is it possible to install Russian font support onto an 8800? Thanks.

8800 - yes.
8820 - yes.
8830 - no, at least not officially supported by RIM.

You must install version of BlackBerry OS with multi-language support and put checkmark at support for Russian language during the installation process.

Who is your wireless carrier? They may have OS you need. If not, you'll have to go through steps of installing OS from a different wireless carrier. Looks like this one supports multiple languages for 8800:
