It's still stuck at the hour glass. Verizon is sending me a new one but I would still like to get this one back up at leat long enough for me to back it up since I had just added about 30 new phone numbers and addresses to it. I have a day old backup and hadn't had the chance to do my daily backup this morning after this happened.
Have you tried connecting up to your desktop manager and trying to synch? I had a similara problem with my 7250 and thought that I would need a replacement but somehow managed to get it working again through the desktop manager.
