Default Blackberry 7250 Won't boot

Please Login to Remove!

Greetings,

I have a 7250 through verizon and it's been stuck at booting up for the last 10 hours. I finished a phone call this morning when I got in the office and then it gave me an error about PocketDay but before I could read the message, it rebooted. I've tried pulling the battery and resetting it like that but no joy.

It's still stuck at the hour glass. Verizon is sending me a new one but I would still like to get this one back up at leat long enough for me to back it up since I had just added about 30 new phone numbers and addresses to it. I have a day old backup and hadn't had the chance to do my daily backup this morning after this happened.

Thank You

Have you tried connecting up to your desktop manager and trying to synch? I had a similara problem with my 7250 and thought that I would need a replacement but somehow managed to get it working again through the desktop manager.

It never get's up far enough where it will sync. I have it plugged in at the office to charge the battery and am leaving it running all night to see if it finally boots by the time I get in at 5am.
