Hi, I just purchased my 7100g three days ago and my push email has about a 5-10 min delay. I just wanted to know if this was normal and if not is there a way to fix this? Thank you.

time for e-mail to land on the Blackberry will vary for many reasons.
Wireless network traffic, signal strength, Relay traffic, polling time of your redirector.
If you use the web client/Internet service, it has a polling time of about 20 minutes, depending on how busy your mailbox is.
So if an e-mail lands a second before the poll you'll get it in a few minutes, a second after the poll and you will have to wait for the next poll before your e-mail is sent.
If you are on a BES, again there is a polling time and also a que that will depend on the number of users sending/receiving e-mail on the BES.
