I have a user that made a correction to an address in her Outlook contacts and it appears that the contact on the BB is not displaying or copying over all of the information. I have removed the contacts and the service book and then resynched, but the problem still exixts. This device is conected to a BES server, running the latest software on the device and the server. Any suggestions?

May need to run DBClean on the users pc, just do a search for DBClean in the forum and you can find information on obtaining the app and instructions for using it;
