emails taking forever to receive

Default emails taking forever to receive

Please Login to Remove!
I got my blackberry so customers can email me orders and I can have them shipped the same day. I just got it yesterday. When I send emails they get to the recieving party almost instantly, but when someone emails me it takes me about 5 or more hours to get them. Is this normal or is something going wrong?

i sell on ebay too so i get my notices if I sold something. Well I sold something about noon and if I knew I sold it, I could have shipped it today but I still have not got the winning email but it was in my gmail inbox about a minute after it was sold

I am not having a problem.

Consider deleting the account and adding it back on what I assume is BIS.



Make sure you have not checked any filters.

how do I get to my filters? and also this is probally covered and asked by a million people but what is BIS?

i got 3 emails in the last 45 minutes at different times so it looks like it should be working now. Usually when I got emails it would be like 5 hours worth of them at a time

i got another confirmation saying I setup my email out of the blue and now everything seems to be working fine

Gmail seems to be having wide spread issues as of late. I'm seeing some significant delays in my forwarding as well. Generally it's not a problem, as I don't have many time sensitive emails coming in. I'm aware of folks using POP and IMAP having such issues. I myself am on IMAP and it's been happening on and off for about the last two weeks. I suspect a Google issue rather than a RIM one.
