We currently installed a BES at our office a few weeks ago with only 3 users currently using it. Everything has worked great except for yesterday 1 of the users stopped receiving e-mails. At the moment she cannot send/receive or even get online through the browser, it just times out. But, when she connects her Blackberry to the computer using the USB cable she then can send/receive e-mails, but still is unable to go online. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks
Pull the battery on the device with it powered on, hold 30 seconds, replace, reboot and retry. Known as a reset.
