7130c Almost inaudible voice receiving end
It seems that callers or those called can hardly hear my end of the conversation, but I hear them clearly.
Any suggestions as to what may be the problem?
not quite sure you mean they can hear you except when the conversation comes to an end

The receiveing end of any conversation with my 7130c can hardly hear me, yet I can hear them clearly. My guess is that this may be a hardware problem. But where? I do not use the bluetooth so this feature is presently disabled.

sorry for having misunderstood you.you mean others couldn't hear you ,so is there any problem with the microphone?
I'm not sure. I thought since I'm able to hear conversations clearly and since other audio features function normally (ringer, notifications, etc) I did not give the speaker a second thought. I have set the unit to factory condition and reinstalled the 4.2 OS, but the problem persists. It seems, though, that there is no problem with others hearing my conversation when the bluetooth feature is activated.
Could it really be the speaker?
