Default Email issue-Strange

Here is what is going on. The VP has a 8830 and we use the web email setup through sprint. We have it checking his work email, and that is working. He gets his email just fine that way at the moment. At night when he shuts down his work pc, will recieve his work email on the phone just fine. Then when he turns his pc on in the morning those emails are not there. Once it is turned on and running, he gets them on both locations just fine. I checked and on the web interface it is not selected to sync deleted items. I have deleted the service books, removed the battery, let it sit for 5 min and then come back on, resent the service books. Still issue arose this morning.
Another thing i noticed was that he had double the service books example is below:

[email address]
Is there supposed to be duplicates or not?
