I have messages that I filed in my personal folders in outlook, but they continue to be in my BB inbox. I am on a BES, Alltel, and under options have hide filed messages yes.

In the options for messages, find where you can check/set folder view. If you personal message folder is check, your messages will still be visible.

My problem is that our personal folders are not on the Exchange, but filled locally. If I move them from the OL inbox to one of those folders it resides on the BB inbox, because nothing told it to delete. However, I made a folder on the exchange and moved it and the exchange must have sent that to the BB and thus removed it from th BB inbox.
