Default Filtering not working

Please Login to Remove!

I've had my 7250 for a year or so now, but am new to this forum. I have tried to filter some emails that are forwarded from my Outlook. I do the Filter Sender option and name the filter and all that but everything keeps coming through. There are some emails that I just don't need sent to by BB. Any ideas?

where are you setting up these filters? in outlook or at the verizon BIS site? and welcome to the forums.

I set them up on the BB. When I click on the email and scroll down there is a filter option. But it is not filtering. I have not accessed the Verizon BIS site. What is it?

Their site is https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en

You will need to create a user name and password from your device first.
