welcome to the forums. do you have a blackberry data plan on your device? if so go to options > mobile network > menu > start provisioning. let it finish its provisioning and then try the email setup. if it still doesnt work, try to pull the battery with the device powered ON. leave the battery out for 30 seconds, then put the battery back in and let the device power up. if that doesnt work call the carrier and have them reprovision the device. also we answer questions on the board here, for everyone to benefit from.

have them remove the BlackBerry plan, and then readd it. What plan do you have for data?

I see you have Sprint. Make sure that you have a Blackberry plan ($30 to $40) and not simply a Vision plan. A regular Vision plan may allow you to surf, but will not allow e-mail and some other functions.

It does not sound like you have a BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN.

Without this you can not have Blackberry services.

Ask the carrier what plan you are on and let us know.
