Default BB Internet Browser Gone, Help!!!

Please Login to Remove!

I was on the search for a phone number that I had recently deleted from my phone book but knew was in backup I did late last year so I reverted to that backup, got the number I needed and then restored to the version I had this morning. In the process for some reason my BB Internet browser is now gone and when I try to access some of the direct links I have on the desktop like CNN or MLB, I get "Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device" Now I know my actual data connection is working since I can still receive emails and my Yahoo Go works fine. I've tried backups from different times, pulled the battery to reboot and also downloaded the latest OS from Verizon Wireless and no luck, no BB browser. What the heck did I do and how do I get it back??

which did you try? or did you try both? Try a battery pull with the device ON, leave it out for 30 seconds and then put it back in.

tried the Advanced Options method with the battery pull and no luck so far. I'll have to try the web link you provided.
