Unhappy No Sound notification for mail

Hi!
I have just upgraded my Blackberry 8700 handhelds software from version 4.1 to the latest version 4.2.1.114. The installation was successful but there is only one problem, the sound notification for my mail doesn't sounding at all. The sounds for SMS, MMS, phone etc. do sounding properly, it's only the sound for my mail I can't hear. I have also tryed to change the tones, also tryed to change from low to high, but I can't hear any tones for my mail.

Please help.

Profiles, advanced, active profile, set notifications sounds for each of your mail accounts seperately.

I using Blackberry Enterprise and use only one mail accounts (Exchange). There is 2 notification sounds for mail in my Blackberry phone, "Level 1 Messages" and "Messeges[Desktop]" and both notification have been set with sound level to high, but I can still not hear any tone sounding when I recive incomming mail.
