Voicemail Speed Dial Issue and BB Weather Issue
 

Just in the last day I have had the following two issues and really need some assistance in figuring them out:

Issue 1 - Voicemail and Speed Dial with auto password no longer works

Previously I was able to hold down the 1 (w) key and it would dial my voice mail and automatically enter my voicemail password. Now when I press and hold 1 it says Assign a Speed Dial to the W key? If I say Yes it brings up my contacts and makes me select one. Voice Mail is not a contact though. Its built into the phone? What I did was create a contact called voicemail and attached it to the 1 key. This worked but the issue is the blackberry doesn't automatically enter my voicemail password like it used to. I should not have to create a voice mail contact. The 1 key should automatically know to dial my voicemail. Why have I lost this feature? What could have possibly happened?

Issue 2 - BB Weather and new error message

I used BB Weather with no problem the other day. Now when I open the application it attempts to get the weather but then gives me the following error message which I never seen:

Error: Bad or missing qury parameters in request

I have no idea what this means and I have not changed any settings within BB Weather. I also tried rebooting the BB and taking the battery out. Both didn't help. Anyone know how to correct this?

For BBWeather look at the aftermarket forum for a new download. It appears weather.com changed the url for retreiving weather info.

What is the newest release of BB Weather and where can it be downloaded?

both issues are resolved.

I removed the battery and that corrected the voicemail issue.

I installed the new version of BB Weather which I found on a post on crackberry.com
