Hi, can someone help me please?
I'm fairly new to BES (running version 4.1.3.18) and have just had to provide one of our users with a replacement unit.
I've registered the unit on the network (Vodafone) and entered the user's details but seem unable to get the unit to talk to our system, when I check in BlackBerry Manager the wireless message reconciliation is shown as disabled even though our policy states that this enabled - does anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve this problem?

I know nothing about BES but you will need to register this new unit with the BES before it works.
