Angry Very weird problem

I have a BB 8700C that is primarily being used as a PDA. I do have a sim card for an overseas carrier ( Only use it when I travel out of the country). I have it sync with outlook for calendar and Address book only.

I see tons of messages being generated to network.etp.us.blackberry.net in my outlook outbox that eventually clear up. BUT every so often my ISP blocks port 25 (SMTP) because they think I am spamming. If I don't turn on the computer for a day or so I can get 500 messages ( 1k each).

Is there a simple solution short of unplugging the BB from the USB sync port??
