Default Need help to change OS language

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Everyone,

I'm still new here & new to BB world.

I bought recently a BB 8700g which was unlocked of T-mobile Germany, it's came only in German Language, anyway i can change it to english??

Someone may want to verify this, but im sure its part of the Setup Wizard
You select which languages to keep on the device from a list and the rest are binned.

So what should i be doing now?, is there anyway to reinstall OS in English or add language pack??

Yes
Go into the main menu, make sure all icons are showing
Then look for an icon labelled with the words 'Einstellung Zauberer' or similar
This is the setup wizard

Hi Again,

Thx for the advice, in the setup wizard there is now English Language, only German!!

That would mean the English language has been wiped from your device when it was set up the first time around.
I suggest starting a new thread on here, call it something like 'HELP i need a language' and ask the proper know it alls for advice on that front
Dont quote me on this but i get the impression you may have to 100% wipe the device, install the OS and run the wizard
