8800 Media Manager Woes

Hello,

my 8800 is a company phone and has various things such as Mass Media Storage disabled - for reasons I won't go in to.

When I first got it in Nov '07 I was able to transfer files from my PC to Device Memory with ease... but for some odd reason (I'm guessing because 4.3 came out) it has now stopped working.

Everytime I click on "Device Memory" the box to the right says "Device Not Connected" - even though the previous screen with all the options (Media Manager, Synchronization, etc) says it is - and shows the PIN.

What?! :?

TJ... reboot both the PC and the Blackberry (powered on, battery out, replace). make sure the USB cable is connected directly to the PC, not a hub or monitor.

You might be better off using Desktop Manager vers 4.2, Service Pack 2.
