I have an exchange server running BES 188.8.131.52.
I have about five or so Blackberries working fine. A user got a new phone (same blackberry model 8830)
When I removed the old phone from BES and went to add the new phone I generate the new password and everything...but BES will not find a pin number for the new phone.
The phone's activation process fails.
What could causing this? No pin #... and the activation fails?
I can provide more information if needed.
