read email not updated in device
 

Hi

If read emails in pc outlook, but its still show unread in device.

Settings on device.

Email Reconciliation

Delete On: Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: ON
On conflicts: Mailbox wins


Any idea how does it work ?

Are you on BIS? If so, and I suspect that you are, then it will not auto-update as you wish. If you are on BES (corporate plan), then it should.

On BES, not BIS. any idea ?

Does it work the other way? When you open on the BB does it get marked as read in Outlook?

My initial suspicion is that this is something to discuss with your BES Administrator.
