Hi i recently noticed that my screen has a few really really thin hairline scratches right in the middle, i have no idea what they are from but was wondering if any of you guys have any suggestions for removing them. I was going to try polishing it smooth with brasso but wanted to get some suggestions first. What do you guys think. (i dont feel like buying a new lens or housing)

I have heard of someone using a rain x type thing

I can't remember what the stuff is called, but I found a product used to remove tiny scratches from plastic eye glass lenses.

Regardless of what you use, test a small area of the display first to make sure the method won't inflict more damage than it will repair, and as soon as you can, invest in some screen protectors; they're not cheap, but they are way less expensive than a new display!
