Default 8820 Locks up when accepting Meeting Invites?

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
I have a user who has a 8820 that is connected to a BES and everytime he accepts an invite, it locks up his blackberry, and then he has to pull the battery out and put it back in for it to work again. There is plenty of free memory left and I have ran the memory management task on his device from the server. Could this be a hardware issue? This happened before and we wiped the device which got him up until now (about 45 days) in which it is doing the same thing.

Thanks
