Help with email/SMS: blackberry 8830

I have a question about the 8830. I had my 8830 for about two weeks and had some problems with it so I just brought it back yesterday and got a new one.

I used to have my SMS text messages and my emails go in the same folder, but the sales rep created a folder titled "SMS" where all my texts go. Is there a way to delete this folder so I can go back to getting texts and email in the same folder?

Secondly, and my bigger issue right now, if I cant seem to set up my email account. When I go to set up the set-up wizards asks me if I want to set up a "work email account with a blackberry enterprise server". I dont want to do this but I can not find out how to just set up me personal gmail account? How would I go about doing this?

Thank you,

Adam

Goto the Message folder and hit Menu>options>General Options>SMS and Email inBoxes = COMBINED.

Just login to the BIS site and enter your devices new PIN and IMEI. Resend service books and you should be good to go!
