I have a problem tht when I call someone they cannot hear me talking. This happened last month also except that time it only happened on outgoing calls but incoming calls were fine. I went ot T Mobile and the lady opened the phone and said this tab inside had turned red which meant there was a moisture problem. She said having it in the bathroom while bathing could cause too much moisture. The problem is that I have not had it in the bathroom or around any ohter moisture. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do?

If it was in your pocket and you were sweating. Even going from cool inside to a hot or very warm outside can cause a bit of condensation thus the moisture exposure

The funny thing is it worked the night before and the next morning I tried to use it I had this problem. All I did between this time was to charge it. I didn't even have it in the bathroom when I took a bath. I am wondering if there could be some other problem and t mobile is saying moisture has ruined it so I will buy another phone from them. Also this same type of thing happened last month at the end of the month, when it was time for me to pay my new bill.

Well my Blackberry is working again. I opened it up and took the battery out, then put it in the front window of my car so the sun would help dry it out and it worked. Hopefully I won't have this problem again.

So now I am having the same problem again. I talked to others who had the same phone and they also had the same problem. This leads me to believe it is not a moisture problem but a technical problem. If a phone can go haywire so easily this needs to be corrected. I had to purchasse a bluetooth to use with my phone which is the only reason I did not have to purchase a whole new phone. I am very dissatisfied with my Blackberry.
