I'm getting an "Error starting SecurID : Class 'com.rsa.SecurIDLib.exceptions.DatabasFullExceptio n' not found"

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I've removed/reinstalled but no luck :(

I get a different error. Mine is "Error starting SecurID: Class 'com.rsa.securidlib.blackberry.GlobalInfo' multiply defined"

I'm running RSA SecurID 2.1.1

I'm using 2.0. Sux that it's not working for you as well but kinda glad that I'm not alone

I loaded version 2.1.1 and the error disappeared...

...but I don't have the option of importing the token into the software anymore

I sent myself the token...when I click open attachment, I'd usually have the option of importing token. It's not there anymore. I've gone back to an RSA hardware token for the time being.

I deleted the app and re-installed fresh with no error. I did an OTA push of the token file and it imported.

We only do OTA push of the sdtid file.

How do you do an OTA push of the sdtid file? Do you have the instructions?
