My j key isn't working right. I have to push it hard several times to get it to work. Is there a quick fix to this, or do I need a new keyboard or something? I'm not sure what happen to it... Thanks

Did you drop it? That usually happens when dropping the BB. If it's still under warranty I'd see about getting it replaced.

Yeah, it's still under warranty. and drop it? I don't think so... I'll go to the Verizon store tomorrow.
