Default Help w/SPAM email

I had an email on Sunday that was a blank Spam email. There was no "From" address or "Re" and it came through my PC email. It came over and over even though I deleted it from my inbox and completely off my PC.

Then it was apprarently the cause of my PC email not being delivered to my 8830. I posted here and JSanders gave me step by step instructions to get my email delivered again to my device. Well now about 4 hours after my PC email started delivering to my 8830, this horrible Spam email from Sunday is now delivering to my device over and over and over about every 3-5 mins. It does not come to my PC email at all but comes to my device showing that it is "Using [email address]".

Can anyone tell me how to get this horrible blank annoying Spam email deleted for good and no longer delivering to my 8830? I tried to set up a filter on BIS but since there is no "From" or "Re", it wouldn't allow me to set up a filter.

Please help this thing is annoying and will not go away as it shows that it was sent June 15, 2008 @ 4:44 PM every time it comes through.

I had this happen once before that a blank Spam came to PC and kept coming to my 8830 but once I deleted it off my PC that stopped it. This time that didn't work.
