Default BB bluetooth & mac don't discover each other

Please Login to Remove!

I've tried numerous times to pair each other, I even searched about this issue and followed the directions. I made sure both devices are on, and discoverable. However, neither could find each other. I've tried the Media option, the "receive using bluetooth", still mac couldn't find the blackberry device, it's not even on the discovered devices.

So I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the bluetooth program of my 8830 WE because I've had my mac and I've always been able to connect my mac to other phones and devices thru bluetooth. It's just this one instance that the computer didn't find this device.

I need help. What should I do?
