Sorry to be in the 7200 Forum but as someone else said there isn't one for the 7520. I am having an issue with the speakerphone on my BB 7520. I can set the speakerphone to the 'Off' setting through the Push to Talk Menu and do a save, but a short time later the speakerphone resets back to the on position. The result is very loud when I get a direct connect call and is very annoying. Anyone have a fix?

We had a similar issue. Phone was set to a "Phone Only" Profile, causing it to revert the PTT speakerphone to "Off" any time it was holstered. So, I say take a few minutes to really dig into you profiles.
