I'm new to this thread and wanted to say hey first. Anyway, I have a user that is an employee of my company. I am an network administrator so I have access to Blackberry Manager. Anyway, MDS has been disabled on his account for the second time. The first time I called Verizon and the lady pointed me to an article so that I could correct the problem and the user could get to the internet on his device. That solution worked like a charm. Problem is Verizon told me they couldn't help me this time and Blackberry wants to charge me for a solution that is right under my nose. So, does anyone know how to enable mds for an individual on the BES? We're running 220.127.116.11 Blackberry Manager.
