Default Problem with MDS

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Folks,

I'm new to this thread and wanted to say hey first. Anyway, I have a user that is an employee of my company. I am an network administrator so I have access to Blackberry Manager. Anyway, MDS has been disabled on his account for the second time. The first time I called Verizon and the lady pointed me to an article so that I could correct the problem and the user could get to the internet on his device. That solution worked like a charm. Problem is Verizon told me they couldn't help me this time and Blackberry wants to charge me for a solution that is right under my nose. So, does anyone know how to enable mds for an individual on the BES? We're running 4.1.5.26 Blackberry Manager.

Thanks,

Mark

this shoudl be going into the BES admin corner.

Have you tried a battery pull on the device, or wiping it?

Yes, I have. this is a problem that deals with the BES. I know that because that's where the change was made before. I just don't remember where. Also, I'll repost on the BES admin corner. I didn't see it and only posted here because of the device description.

Thanks,

Mark
