Default Missed call

My BB is showing that I have 1 missed call. when I go into the phone, it doesn't show any missed calls in there. Also, I have deleted all past missed, incoming and outgoing calls. And the phone still shows a missed call. I have pulled the battery (left it out for the longest 15 minutes of my life).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I am running version 4.2.2.196 (platform 3.0.0.85). Just in case someone wanted to know...

Thanks in advance

I had this issue on my Verizon 8830. It would show 3 missed calls. It went away after I had updated the OS but, then came back with 3 again. No one at the local Verizon store could figure it out, so I called Verizon and after hearing my story the rep sent me out a new phone. End of issue. Itís been two months and I havenít seen it again.

As already stated, I did what was in the FAQ. It's not in there... I'll just try the OS reload tomorrow when I have some time to kill.

Let me go peruse the FAQ cuz I have a couple more questions to ask, but don't want to get busted out by JSanders...

Please do, kitn.

I missed what was so funny about it. The user is not new to the forums, and the FAQ links at the top of each page stick out like a sore thumb.

You on the other hand are. Feel free to search the FAQs, this forum and ask questions as you need; we have thousands of helpful users who will be willing to help you, as I did the user above.

And all with posts to humor you along the way.
