Default Need Help Installing .JAR file on 7100t

Please Login to Remove!

Or anyone else that would know :D

I want this game right here: http://www.macrospace.com/games/fourinarow.shtml

I have a free version that I pulled from that other website, but it has a little glitch that is slightly annoying. I have no problem paying for it, but I was wondering if you could tell me which phone I should choose to say I have in order to get this game.

Thank you in advance.

Nevermind. I think. I tried to download their download test and it came up "invalid JAR." Wasn't there a way to do something to "JARs" that would work for BlackBerrys. I really want this game and two others on that site.

Yeah, I am very busy working on a contract. I HAVE to put food on the table. Contract will be over shortly (Then I'll be busy looking for new contracts too.)

As for Macrospace, I successfully downloaded their test game on my BlackBerryOS 4.0.0.124 ..... You might want to wait till OS 4.0 then you can try installing this game on your BlackBerry.

Hopefully places like Macrospace will start officially support BlackBerry sometime during 2005 -- as the 7100's spread like hotcakes!

Have you tried manually converting the .jar to a .cod file?

Okay Mark, I think I can wait. Thanks for doing that for me.

Obijohn, I have tried clicking on the link for .jar to .cod, but it always takes me to what looks like the homepage or something and I never see the directions. That has happened with a few other links on this board.
