Default Address Book information lost

hi all,

i have 8707g model. after i import(Outlook to Blackberry) Address Book to Blackbery with around 10,700. most of my contacts couldn't find it.

I always import 3 different contacts(one personal and two companies)

when i look at the free space, it still have some space on the BB, and when i see the number of contacts, it shows around 10,700 too.

but i couldn't find where they are.

Could anyone help, please

Welcome to the BBforums.

Open your Address Book. Click the trackwheel and scroll to FILTERS, and UNcheck any filters which are checked.

yes i checked the filters are unchecked
i can see all my contacts in the address book, but i couldn't find any person from the address. (ex. i want to search "John Wo", and i can see this name in the address book on the BB when I scoll down the trackwheel, but when I type "John", it only display no address.

Could anyone help me out with this please

Did you try removing the battery to reboot the device?
