No then i have been trying to do this enterprise activation to register my email i have tried but instead it just takes extremely long and accomplishes nothing any body got any help

You won't be able to successfully perform an enterprise activation (which occurs on your company's end and not the cell phone provider's) until you are successful in getting a data connection.
I am assuming that you have a data plan added to your phone plan through you carrier. If that's the case AND YOU DO NOT SEE 1XEV (in caps)
, and only see, for example, 1x. You may need to contact your provider first. Furthermore, you need to make sure that your phone plan has the BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server/Service) added and NOT BIS (Blackberry Internet Service).
I would first try to go to OPTIONS > ADVANCED OPTIONS > HOST ROUTING TABLE > PRESS THE SCROLL WHEEL (IF YOU HAVE ONE, OR THE BLACKBERRY MENU BUTTON ON NEWER PHONES) > AND SELECT "REGISTER NOW".
If it does not change to 1XEV right away, i would reboot the phone by pulling the battery and putting it back in. Once 1XEV is achieved, you can then begin the Enterprise Activation process through your company's BES server.
