Welcome to the BBForums.

I've never heard of dcom98. Likely you have a device that has been used on a corporate BES network in the past, with some IT Policy restrictions.

Go to Options > Security > General Settings. Scroll to the bottom, what is listed under "services"?

dcom98 refers to an issue with Windows 98. Are you sure you are trying to d/l the XP version?
