If you are asking... can you install a java app, then yes, you should be able to do so.

thanks when you upgrade your os app will you lose all the games and ringtones,if so how can i save them thanks.

Your OS upgrade will do a complete backup and restore. You should not lose the applications, but you might need to retype a license code or registration key on a purchased app.
