Default Windows Live Messenger in 8800 with OS 4.5?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

Today, I found there was an icon of MSN shown on my B8800, and after I clicked it, I can install is and work well. Before that, I heard the MSN is still carrier limited, but now it got released?

M$? really? I thought we were past childish things like that.

On topic, Windows Live Messenger is coming to the Blackberry with full support soon, just as Google talk and Yahoo messenger is now. That was announced at the time of WES with the Bold. no definite release date, but it is coming.

Microsoft Live Search is a great option for people who upgraded to 4.5 and lost their ability to use Google Maps, and while I am not really a fan of Microsoft in general, their Live Search is a decent replacement for those suffering from Google Maps withdrawal.
