Default Issues with 7100 and Redirector...

Please Login to Remove!

I am having some issues with Redirector. When trying to run Redirector it seems to ty and open outlook and once the redirector program load its crashes and will not open. I have tried SEVERAL times to uninstall/reinstall modify/repair the software with still no luck... Anyone else having these issues ? I am trying to download the newest service pack... to see if maybe this will help.

What version of Outlook? Is it 2003 - are you rinning the Outlook Business Contact Manager? What version of Windows?

CPU SPECS:
P4 2.53Ghz
512 MB DDR
80GB HD
SBC DSL - 3mb/512kb

Windows XP Professional SP1
Microsoft Outlook 2003 ver 11.5608.5606

Business Contact Manager ? to my knowledge i dont think i am but I coudl be wrong... how would one check.

I've also downloaded the Newest DESKTOP SOFTWARE 3.6.3a with no luck... :( I am getting extremely frustrated... *sigh*

Ok well good news sorta...

After HOURS of searching... I figured out (by searching) how to fix the issue. You need to run SCANPST.EXE from your computer and fix your *.pst files and repair them which will allow you to run Redirector...

This is a WIDELY known issue. The problem lies with Outlook 2003

My Only problem know... is Redirector is open and runing... but I still have a couple problems and I'm curious...

The first one is the system tray Icon displays a Tower with a Yellow Exclamation mark. And when the program is open the Program title reads "Disabled - Blackberry Desktop Redirector" How do I get this to bee enabled ?!

Status is displaying: Verifiying forwarding address.
Pedning to handheld: 6
everything else is 0 or Not Available... please help !
