Default AvantGo for the BB?

Is there any AvantGo-like programs out there for the BB? I loved it on my PocketPC and would like the same functionality for my 7100.

The closest I've seen is an RSS reader app...but, I'd like to see a AvantGo for the BB since we'd be able to sync it anytime/anywhere.

I'd love to see it as well, still one of the few things I miss about my Palm. Sadly I can't recall how long I've had such a service on my wish list?

Default I've installed the Blackberry AvantGo and...

it works well - all browser based and it remembered all my channels and preferences from my Palm Vx days...

The problem is that it's all online; you can't download for offline consumption (airplane uage in particular). It's different from all the other client in that respect. I loved it on my Handspring. On my 7100T, it's just another set of bookmarks.

Yeah, it's kind of depressing. They waited all this time to "develop this app" and all it is is a browser shortcut. What is that all about?

I'm also very saddened that Vindigo hasn't gotten around to making anything available for BB. I am still rather tempted to carry a PPC around just for Vindigo, being that I spend at least 4-5 days on the road travelling every week it is handy having something to guide me to food, etc.

I installed the AvangtGo for BB on my 7100g (latest client) and I keep getting the HTTP 500 error? Any ideas on how to get that fixed?

Check out http://express.handmark.com

There is a new version coming out as well next week. Here is a link referencing the new Pocket Express. http://www.blackberrycool.com/2005/09/27/00903/

They talk about version 2.0 being released already, but its not. I received an email from there sales and they are releasing it in a week or so. Either way, version 1.0 is available and pretty good.
