technically I'm not a new user, I have had my BB World Edition for about 7 months. I am so frustrated with it that I have stopped even trying to figure out how to use the thing. I figured out how to get my email, but I get it via the little email icon as well as through the Gmail icon, still haven't figured out how to just get one. I get text messages, and I can send them. Not able to view pictures or video sent to me in any form. Not from the email icon mail or the Gmail icon mail. Any link that I need to follow ... forget it. I either get, site timed out, no authorization for the site, some error, try again later, or just nothing at all. I have a media icon that says music, video, ring tones, and pictures. No able to do anything with any of them. Yes I have gone through the trouble shooting guide. Still, i can use none of it. I have the full Internet/data package from Verizon, when I call for help from Verizon they tell me to go to ..... blackberry site and its really easy to use. Well WTF! Not with this phone. I basically pay so i can call, text, and read email. Is that all this phone does?? I have tried to install games for the phone from sites that say they support this phone, nope not mine. No Yahoo, no facebook, no nothing!!
