| BB not working with BES....Can Anyone Help???? Please Login to Remove! The problem I'm having is I have a BB 8830 World Edition phone that is hooked up to our companies BES and all was working great. I also have Blackberry Desktop Manager installed on my PC, but rarely use it until I upgraded the Desktop Manager to 4.5. During setup I selected to use BES not BIS, but since hooking up the Blackberry to the PC during the Desktop install my blackberry will not retrieve my work e-mail anymore.
I tried deleting my user account in BES and try re-creating it, but when I try an activate the phone now it never activates. And looking at the server it shows my name, but says Initializing.
Should I not be using the desktop manager, if I'm using BES???
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!! |
