Cool Wired Headset Issue

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Sprint 8830 and although I have a BT headset I purchased a Jabra C-250 wired headset to try and really like it. Well I liked it better before. Let me explain. When I first started using the C-250 the headset would ring instead of the handset/device. I thought this was really cool and convenient. Then it stopped a few weeks later. All other functions work perfectly but the ringer no longer comes through the headset. I looked for a setting that I might have accidentally changed but couldn't find anything. I called Sprint and they sent me to the Service Center and after an hour they found another error so they replaced the phone. The new one does or I should say doesn't do the same thing. I even tried a co-corkers like 8830 Sprint phone and the headset doesn't ring. I find this really strange. Why did it in the first place then stop? Has anyone else experienced this? Am I crazy?

I want my ear ringer back! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This may be a long shot but perhaps it was somehow seeing your BT settings when you first plugged in the 250. My experience has been that BT headset ring in the ear. Perhaps try pairing your BT for a call then switch to your 250. This may lead you to another settings area you have missed. Otherwise I am lost here...lol.
