Did it just happen and then go away? Any idea what application caused it?

Does it happen every time you reboot? Please give us as much info as you can so we can help.

Apparently it was a one time thing. It hasn't happened since that one reboot. I've rebooted my device 3 times since, not further problems other than my "Media Card is locked by software, I cannot turn it on.

I wouldn't worry about it then. As far as your media card being locked, are you on a BES or has the device been on a BES before?

Device has always been on BES, media card worked fine on earlier version, I think 4.2
It may be a phone problem, I think i'm ready to replace the unit, it's been dropeed a few times.
