| Http 500 error -- Help! Please Login to Remove! Hey Blackberry guru's, i tried a search for this error and all queries came up inconclusive.
Here's the situation, i somehow got tagged as the blackberry "goto" guy for my unit and i'm having some problems with a couple of our 8830's and 8703's. Whenever i try to access an outside webpage (google, yahoo, cnn, etc) i get the error of:
HTTP error 500: internal server error.
I tried the fix from the blackberry help site and still did not correct this problem. I tried calling Verizon and they just sent me back to the site and my communications squad. I called my communications squad and they directed me back to Verizon.
I'm sick of the run-around, would any of you guys be able to shoot me a quick and easy answer for this? My communications squad say that all they deal with is activation of the accounts, and nothing else. The thing is, of our 6 blackberry's, 2 are having internet issues and the others all work fine. They all get mail and can make phone calls. They all have the same service plan and are registered on the blackberry network.
please please please help me out, these blackberry owners are a tough crowd and i just want them out of my hair...thanks! |
