Hei guys,

I've been trying to find out why I don't have the option to SMS to a regular phone number, the only option I have is MMS.

If it turns out it is not an IT policy issue, your account may not have text messaging on it. You can/should call your carrier to verify that text messaging has been added. Not necessarily a text plan, but the service.

Call your carrier and have them add SMS.
